This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Stage Door Workshops ("Stage Door Workshops"). By using our Website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse our Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered or subscribed to If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave our Website and discontinue use of the Service immediately. This Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Site and Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.


The services provided by (the "Service") are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your business for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. If you've registered as a Member of our Dance Studio program and pay $99.99 per month to Stage Door Workshops, this section titled "Personal Service" does not apply to you.


You expressly agree to release and discharge the instructor, Stage Door Workshops, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies, licensees, sponsors, successors, assigns and the directors, officers, employees, agents contractors, partners, shareholders, representatives and members of the foregoing entities or other persons affiliated with the Site (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or causes of action, and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the Released Parties for personal injury or property loss.


You understand that physical activity dance and exercise can be strenuous and can expose you to the risk of serious injury. We urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise or dance activity.

You voluntarily assume any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with your use of the Service (collectively "Your Participation"). You acknowledge that Your Participation may present certain risks, and hereby assume any and all risks associated therewith, including, without limitation, the risk of physical or mental or emotional injury, minor and/or severe bodily harm, death, and/or illness, which arise by any means, including, without limitation: acts, omissions, recommendations or advice given by the Released Parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you hereby agree to voluntarily accept and assume any and all such risks as well as any risks not mentioned herein that are in any way associated with Your Participation. You agree that by participating in physical exercise, dancing, or training activities you do so entirely at your own risk.


Please consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise and/or dance program. Not all dance and exercise programs are suitable for everyone and this or any dance and exercise program may result in injury. To reduce the risk of injury, never force or strain during dance and/or exercise. If you experience pain, ill, faint or any discomfort during dance and/or exercise, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

The owners, creators, producers, instructors, performers, participants and distributors of this website and its service product cannot guarantee this program is safe and proper for every individual; for that reason this service program is sold without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Any liability, loss or damage in connection with any use of this site, including but not limited to any liability, loss, or damages resulting from the performance of the exercises, dance combinations and routines, demonstrated here, or the advice and information given in this site, is expressly disclaimed.


You understand that each of the Instructors on the website are Independent Contractors and not employees of or Stage Door Workshops, and as such are solely responsible for any and all losses, damages, awards, penalties, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, and/or judgments of any kind or nature against them whatsoever arising from any claim by any third party of an alleged infringement of copyright or any other property right arising out of the use of any licensed materials, Recordings/Photographs, music, use, including, but not limited to, those based on copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, libel, defamation or false light.


Stage Door Workshops reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Sites are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Services.


The Site is not directed at children under eighteen years of age, and by providing information about yourself to you are representing that you are eighteen years of age or older and that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of In certain jurisdictions, the age of majority may be older than 18, in which case you must satisfy that age in order to become a member. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Stage Door Workshops reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time.


You agree that you will not share your username and password with any other individual or organization. Excessive usage of the Site will be assumed by Stage Door Workshops to be fraudulent use, and your account will be immediately cancelled without a refund.


Membership is an ongoing subscription that renews automatically at rate of $19.99 per month, $39.99 per month, or $99.99 per month according to your plan (as well as other prices that may be offered from time to time, at the sole discretion of Stage Door Workshops). Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on your billing cycle.


From time to time, Stage Door Workshops may offer a free trial period. During that trial period, you will not be billed for the portion of the trial outlined in the terms of the trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be billed according to the plan. You may cancel during any portion of the trial period by following the steps outlined in the "Subscription Cancellation" section below. If you don't cancel during the trial period and are billed by Stage Door Workshops at the end of the trial period, you will not be refunded the amount billed if you subsequently would like to cancel your subscription.


You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged again for the next month. Stage Door Workshops does not refund any paid or any unused portion of the subscription. To cancel your subscription, email info@stagedoorworkshops or call 212.721.0127 to process your request.


The Sites may contain links to other websites (the "Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Stage Door Workshops, and Stage Door Workshops is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Stage Door Workshops is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Stage Door Workshops of the Linked Sites or any association with the Linked Sites' operators.


The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes, except as specifically approved by Stage Door Workshops. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Stage Door Workshops that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

You may not resell your subscription or any other Member's subscription to the Site without consent from Stage Door Workshops. Violation of this policy will result in termination of account without refund and legal action.

You may not send automated queries of any sort to the Site without express permission in advance from Stage Door Workshops. Similarly, you are not allowed to copy, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of, or modify the Site in any manner.


Stage Door Workshops respects your privacy and permits you to control certain aspects of the treatment of your personal information as set forth in our Privacy Policy. A complete statement of our current Privacy Policy can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.


Due to the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.


The Sites contain copyrighted material owned by Stage Door Workshops. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any copyrighted materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event will Stage Door Workshops be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from, or in connection with, the use of the SERVICE, THE WEBSITE or any website with which THEY are linked even if ANY OF THE STAGE DOOR WORKSHOPS PARTIES have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, THE AGGREGATE liability OF THE STAGE DOOR WORKSHOPS PARTIES to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to STAGE DOOR WORKSHOPS for the Services. Stage Door Workshops does not guarantee any results, nor warranties, including but not limited to, weight loss or health benefits.


All trademarks, names and logos used on the Site or delivered via the Services are either owned by Stage Door Workshops or a use right has been granted. Your use of the Services and Site does not allow you to infringe those rights or the rights of the third parties that may exist in material contained in the Site. No license is expressly implied, granted within or as a result of your use of the Sites or Services. Without the prior permission of Stage Door Workshops, you agree not to display or use in any manner, any of the trademarks, names and logos featured on the Site for which you do not have personal rights.


Stage Door Workshops reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Each registered Member has access to the Site from three Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses (the "Three User Policy"). Members may request use of additional IP addresses by contacting Stage Door Workshops. Stage Door Workshops reserves the right to refuse requests for additional IP addresses. Violation of the Three User Policy will result in termination of account without refund.


This Agreement and the relationship between you and Stage Door Workshops shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Stage Door Workshops agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of New York, NY, USA.


The failure of Stage Door Workshops to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.


The Parties agree that any claim or dispute between them or against any agent, employee, successor, or assign of the other, whether related to this agreement or otherwise, and any claim or dispute related to this agreement or the relationship or duties contemplated under this contract, including the validity of this arbitration clause, shall be resolved by binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, under the Arbitration Rules then in effect. Any award of the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Information may be obtained and claims may be filed at any office of the American Arbitration Association or at Corporate Headquarters, 335 Madison Avenue, Floor 10, New York, New York 10017-4605. This Agreement, together with any other terms or policies referenced herein (including without limitation the Privacy Policy, Waiver and Additional Terms), constitutes the entire agreement between you and Stage Door Workshops, and governs your use of the Website and Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Stage Door Workshops with respect to the Website and Service. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

This Agreement and your agreement to it and to use of the Site and Services are for the benefit of Stage Door Workshops and its affiliates, successors or assigns.
